Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across the organization. This role manages recruiting strategies, hiring processes, employer branding, onboarding coordination, new employee orientation for benefits, as well as employee training efforts, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs for the Great Northern Corporation – Twin Cities location. This role is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination for the Human Resources department. This position will utilize superior communications skills and professionalism to coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish. Duties include owning all aspects of recruiting, selection and/or hiring of new employees; developing relationships to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness; perform special projects; prepare and submit reports; partner with others regarding employee training; onboard new employees and conduct new employee orientation.
