As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale recruiting across the business and help us build teams that reflect our culture, values, and ambition. Position Overview: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting at Dude Perfect. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will be responsible for designing and executing recruiting strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves recruiting, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to build scalable hiring practices while still being in the work day-to-day.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including full-cycle ownership of multiple roles
  • Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying solutions
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in entertainment, media, sports, or high-growth environments is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, from intake through offer and close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, define success profiles, and build effective interview plans
  • Write and refine compelling job descriptions that reflect both the role and the Dude Perfect culture
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
  • Manage interview coordination and candidate communication to ensure a consistent, high-touch candidate experience
  • Track hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows
  • Support offer development, compensation alignment, and closing strategies in partnership with the Head of People
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, pipelines, and reporting within Greenhouse
  • Ensure consistent hiring practices and interview standards across team
  • Partner with the People team on employer branding initiatives and recruiting communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent as the company scales
  • Act as a steward of the Dude Perfect brand throughout the hiring process, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire individuals who align with our values, culture, and long-term vision
