About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and shape the strategy for full-cycle recruiting, ensuring the delivery of top talent across multiple departments and seniority levels. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs, define hiring criteria, and drive talent strategies that support organizational goals. This role balances strategic leadership, operational excellence, and compliance oversight, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. You will manage analytics and reporting to optimize recruiting effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine processes. Operating in a remote setting, you will have the opportunity to influence hiring practices nationally, mentor team members, and contribute to building a culture of excellence and innovation in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting with measurable success in achieving KPIs
  • Experience leading recruiting across diverse roles and levels in national organizations
  • Strong understanding of EEO compliance at federal, state, and local levels
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and deriving actionable insights
  • Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for team meetings or recruiting events

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define staffing needs and hiring criteria
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Manage executive recruiting initiatives, personally sourcing and placing senior to executive-level talent
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EEO and other talent acquisition regulations
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing TA team, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Measure and report on recruiting effectiveness, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Leverage data analytics to refine recruitment strategies and benchmark against industry best practices
