About The Position

In this recruiter role, you'll take ownership of the entire talent acquisition journey, partnering closely with hiring managers, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding each applicant through a seamless, memorable process. Your day will blend strategy and execution as you manage requisitions, coordinate schedules, maintain hiring metrics, facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding, attend career events, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
  • Experience as a recruiter team lead or talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Ability to understand diverse role competencies
  • Strong knowledge of screening/behavioral assessment tools (Predictive Index preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and well-organized
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
