Requirements

  • 6–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with ATS systems like Dayforce and HR technology tools
  • Loves connecting with people
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can balance strategy and execution
  • Builds strong relationships across teams
  • Thinks creatively about recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business entities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and hiring goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team that delivers results.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and strengthen our employer brand in the community and online.
  • Plan and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach.
  • Improve onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to drive smarter hiring decisions.
  • Design programs that improve employee referrals and retention.
