About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the operational leadership and oversight of the Talent Acquisition function while maintaining an active requisition load. This role blends operational alignment with hands-on recruiting expertise, delivering both strategic oversight and direct hiring impact across all service lines. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations across telehealth, home health, and clinic service lines, ensuring hiring strategies support workforce growth and organizational priorities.
