Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the management of day to day operations of recruiting for resort operations while leading a team of approximately 8 Recruiters that support over 100 Travel and Leisure branded resort properties. This role takes a hands on approach, leading a team responsible for carrying out high volume recruiting efforts for assigned regions within the United States, working to define effective recruitment strategies and pipelines to access top level talent while ensuring that all recruiters are delivering timely and effective customer service and support to their clients. This role supports the Director of Talent Acquisition in the development of targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies along with the management of the talent attraction, interview and selection process for the Resort Operations positions. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with resort operations leadership, HR leadership, and outside third party companies associated with recruiting related activities. This position is a hybrid role, working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office at our corporate location in downtown Orlando and 2 days remotely. This is not a fully remote position.
