About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead and optimize the global operational infrastructure that supports high-volume recruitment across a complex, multi-site organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient talent acquisition processes. You will oversee pre-boarding, vendor management, recruitment programs, compliance, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement across all TA operations. Partnering with TA leadership, you will help translate business objectives into actionable initiatives that improve candidate experience, mitigate risk, and deliver top talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Recruiting Governance in a complex, global organization.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hiring operations (3,000+ hires annually preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in pre-employment compliance, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA performance.
  • Strong knowledge of audit frameworks and process documentation standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing direct reports and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize global pre-boarding and compliance operations, including background checks, drug screening, documentation, and adjudication processes.
  • Oversee and manage TA vendors and tools, including ATS, job boards, assessment partners, and screening providers.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized recruitment policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC-2, OFCCP) across all TA operations.
  • Drive reporting and analytics on hiring metrics, open roles, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Manage and develop a global TA operations team, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Partner with TA leadership to operationalize the global talent acquisition strategy and support workforce growth objectives.
