Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide day-to-day supervision to a designated recruitment team and management of the partnership with the business(es) they are assigned. This position will serve as a resource for a specific line of business or group of businesses and will work closely with leadership including internal clients and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), promoting open channels of communication and responsiveness to the organization's recruitment needs. The TA Manager will manage a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters.
