What You'll Be Working On Own the candidate journey from discovery to close, eliminating administrative friction and ensuring a world-class experience for every hire. Create automated workflows that scale our reach while maintaining the level of personal touch required to attract talent. Build a system to identify and engage candidates by treating the recruiting funnel with the same level of rigor as a sales or product pipeline. Establish the narrative that attracts exceptional people to Clarion and ensures we are the first choice for the most ambitious candidates.
