As US Talent Acquisition Lead at Orbital, you’ll take full ownership of hiring across our Go-to-Market teams—including Sales, Customer Success, Revops, Marketing and Business Development. You’ll be deeply embedded in the business, partnering directly with senior leaders to scale teams that are critical to our growth in the U.S. You will be a individual contributor as well as leading a small team. Key to the role is providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure delivery, quality and alignment with company goals. You’ll be part of a global Talent team working with our recently appointed Head of Talent. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next chapter of a GenAI LegalTech startup on a mission to transform how property deals are done, with a sharp focus on driving impact in our most important new market.
