As a Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter, you will join our Fractional HR Services group where you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and building a pipeline of candidates for firm internal experienced openings, while executing full-cycle recruitment in an external client-facing capacity, partnering closely with client leadership to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates for professional and technical roles, across diverse industries, functions, and geographies. You will have the chance to provide an exceptional candidate experience, all while serving as a trusted advisor, representing both the firm and its clients throughout the hiring process. The day-to-day responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter will vary significantly depending upon internal firm need, and client needs and project scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive, full‑cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting for a broad mix of job types, levels, and industries.
  • Previous full-cycle recruitment experience working in a talent acquisition organization, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), consulting/HR services organization, or a rapidly scaling company; a focus recruiting accounting and management level roles preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and high-volume requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment across both internal and client environments, while demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand the nuances of highly technical and higher-level roles, as well as firm and client recruitment policies, processes, and protocols, while working independently and collaboratively as part of multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills, effectively sourcing and closing passive, experienced, and executive-level candidates while engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent technical skills and strong working knowledge of HR Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Databases (HRIS), digital sourcing technologies, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly effective skillset as it relates to: Building strong relationships and networks, customer service, dependability, verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to: interact with all levels inside and outside the organization, take initiative, anticipate problems and formulate resolutions, exercise good judgment/decision making, prioritize and multi-task, work independently, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, travel occasionally between offices, work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Capacity to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment such as but not limited to computer, calculator, etc.
  • Capability to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the recruiting function for firm internal experienced openings, while developing and executing tailored niche or full cycle recruitment strategies for external client needs focused on senior-level and executive direct-hire placement.
  • Utilizes various sourcing techniques to identify candidates (passive, active) for all roles using diverse channels, including industry applications (ATS, HRIS), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter), job boards, and professional networks, to proactively attract top talent.
  • Leverages available Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technology to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate candidate and positional data, while having the ability to generate reports and insights when needed.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, and leadership) at each stage of the recruiting process.
  • Conducts candidate screening (resumes and initial phone screen) to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with role expectations.
  • Organizes, schedules, and facilitates the interview process, while maintaining candidate profile data and providing structure and tools to ensure all interviewers involved can adequately evaluate candidate qualifications per the needs of the role.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador—ensuring a positive, high‑touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, creating a positive and professional experience for all candidates considered for a position.
  • Partners with external client hiring managers to develop screening criteria, interview questions, interview best practices, selection methodologies, and recruitment best practices to align with their business specific needs.
  • Utilizes talent intelligence tools for market research, benchmarking, and strategic sourcing supporting special projects, reporting, talent market analysis, inclusion hiring initiatives, or other strategic priorities.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, along with internal policies.
