Join us this summer and embark on a journey filled with growth, learning, and endless possibilities! This is a 10 week program and all opportunities are located on-site. The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern will support key HR operational workstreams, with a focus on SAP reporting support, job description and requisition management, and HR compliance process support (including I-9/E-Verify exposure) under supervision. This role is a great fit for students interested in building foundational HR and Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate setting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Full-time availability for the full 10-week program (based on the site schedule listed above).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with templates, documentation, and process steps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in pursuing an HR/Talent Acquisition career path after graduation.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, or data organization.
- Prior internship, administrative, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP-based HR/Talent Acquisition reporting (including recurring reports and audit support).
- Assist with rebuilding/updating job descriptions and maintaining job description documentation.
- Support requisition management tasks and help improve consistency in requisition intake and requirements.
- Partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify candidates for entry-level corporate roles (research, pipeline organization, resume review support).
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and process support related to I-9/E-Verify under supervision (no independent compliance decision-making).
- Support internship program coordination tasks as assigned and participate in program-wide events and professional development sessions.
