We are seeking a strategic Project Manager of Process Integration to join our Talent Acquisition Expert Network. You will be responsible for supporting the team merging a brand-new hiring model into our existing high volume hiring machine. Your mission is to manage the phased integration of two major business processes across an ongoing timeline. You will use a persona-based approach to ensure that as our systems evolve, the handoffs between teams (Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Compensation, Business Unit and Tech) remain seamless, intuitive, and culturally aligned. This is a fully remote, W2 contract role. Top 3 Critical Success Factors Real-Time Operational and Systems Integration: Continuously integrating new processes across a complex, overlapping timeline directly into live, year-round operations, eliminating reliance on traditional dormant planning periods or single launch events. Persona-Centric Design: Mapping and designing workflows to be tailored to different candidate personas, balancing human experience with technical requirements and business scalability. Seamless Handoff Design: Facilitate cross-functional discovery to preemptively map complex dependencies and establish crystal-clear handoff agreements that eliminate friction between partner teams.
