Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources
- Customer service experience is required

- Administrative experience would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end job requisitions in SuccessFactors, including approvals, postings, and updates
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, and interviewing.
- Support hiring managers with interview materials, templates, and recruitment best practices
- Prepare job offers, coordinate peer reviews, support negotiations, and hand off signed offers to HR Business Partners for onboarding
- Coordinate and support campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding/marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and provide responsive customer service to managers, employees, and vendors
- Demonstrate strong organization, communication, follow-through, and flexibility while supporting HRIS and cross-functional projects as needed
