You are the connective tissue between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and new employees. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or HR operations (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with an ATS and HRIS (UKG preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires, from offer acceptance through successful onboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, timelines, and documentation with precision and care.
  • Ensure every new employee feels informed, supported, and excited to join Alpha.
  • Support job postings, requisition management, and interview coordination.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication with professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating job descriptions, interview plans, and recruiting materials.
  • Track and manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS (UKG).
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Training to ensure new hires are fully set up for success.
  • Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and voicemails related to talent acquisition inquiries.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and support early employee integration.
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups with new employees to support engagement and retention.
  • Assist with process improvements, templates, and special Talent Acquisition projects.
