Requirements

  • Customer-focused communicator who creates a welcoming environment for candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

  • Familiarity with recruiting technologies and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams; arrange travel and process reimbursements when needed.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct audits for accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation for assigned locations.
  • Schedule and track drug tests, physicals, and monitor background check results.
  • Maintain on-site files, including historical I-9 originals and requisition documentation.
  • Administer or assist with employment tests as required.
