About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is the operational quarterback of NEI’s Talent Acquisition function. This role ensures momentum, accuracy, and consistency across the hiring lifecycle by facilitating a positive candidate experience, coordinating interviews, maintaining system data, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly from start to finish. The TAC turns recruiting intent into operational reality, enabling Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on talent advisory and candidate assessment. Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 / year The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a highly process-driven administrative role.
  • Experience working in an ATS, HRIS, CRM, or similar tool is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort communicating across TAPs, hiring leaders, candidates, and HR Partners.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to keep systems, documents, and data organized and current.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for candidate workflow progression once intent is signaled by a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Schedules interview, sends confirmations, and manages candidate logistics.
  • Prepares and distributes interview materials and evaluation forms to support a positive candidate and interviewer experience, and ensures everything is properly documented and stored in the correct place.
  • Ensures required actions are taken in a timely manner to facilitate the talent acquisition life cycle.
  • Provides sourcing support as needed, including identifying and engaging prospective candidates and helping maintain talent pipelines for priority or recurring roles.
  • Maintains clean and accurate data across talent acquisition tools and systems.
  • Ensures documents are saved, named, and stored correctly.
  • Monitors automations and workflows and identifies failures and bottlenecks.
  • Create offers, route approvals, and manage offer documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, travel, and onboarding readiness.
  • Partners with HR to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee handoff.
  • Surface process gaps, inefficiencies, or system improvement opportunities.
  • Support reporting and dashboards through accurate, timely data updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
  • Notify Talent Acquisition Partners when steps are completed or blocked.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or missing inputs.
  • Partner closely with the Manager – Talent Acquisition on system and process enhancements.
  • Support additional Talent Acquisition and People Operations priorities as assigned.
