We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment processes. Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition, including, but not limited to: · Develop understanding of skills and attributes required for candidates in the fire and life safety industry · Assist with job postings and advertising · Review applicants and evaluate for basic qualifications · Source, contact, and recruit passive candidates · Conduct initial phone screens with candidates. May spend up to 4-6 hours or more on the phone or Teams calls in a day. · Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers · Log touchpoints with candidates and manage candidate records in applicant tracking system · Assist with recruitment events and career fairs · Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director The ideal candidate for this role is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and can manage competing priorities and shifting schedules.
