The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team by completing the Onboarding Process for each new caregiver. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator also provides excellent customer service to: caregivers, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Team Members, and each department at San Juan Regional Medical Center. We follow a 9/80 schedule, which is a flexible full-time work arrangement in which an employee works 80 hours over nine days instead of the traditional ten-day pay period. Typically, this includes eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day, allowing the employee to have one scheduled day off every other week while maintaining full-time status.
