Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)
About The Position
Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with subsidiaries operating in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the administrative and coordination aspects of the hiring process. You ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role (TA experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms, calendars, and scheduling tools
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Post and manage job requisitions across job boards and internal systems
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) with candidates and interview teams
- Schedule and manage interview debriefs and collect interviewer feedback
- Prepare and send offer letters and support offer approvals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and general inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
