Valto Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team, based in our Goshen IN manufacturing facility. Reporting to the VP, HR, supporting the Plant Manager and Site Team, this role will be responsible for all local sourcing and recruitment efforts, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), records and candidate data integrity. Additional responsibilities include communication of candidate status updates, creation of recruitment analytics, and general recruitment administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now and experience with manufacturing or like industries.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 1-2 years recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in ATS systems; ADP WFN highly preferred.
  • Collaborative work style; high team-orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize; effective time management and follow up.
  • Strong customer service mindset when working with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Owns full-cycle recruitment process for the Goshen Facility. Filling positions with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for a seamless and effective hiring process with candidate experience at the forefront.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and culture champion that embodies and promotes Valto’s mission, values, and work environment
  • Fosters long-term connections with past applicants, potential candidates, and hiring managers to grow Valto’s talent pipeline.
  • Manage and identify all Outreach activities including but not limited to Local Career Fair Opportunities.
  • Contribute to ‘out of box’ Recruiting Strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing team to keep all social media and online presence up to date.
  • Assists with developing job descriptions for advertising and posting on internal sites and with external agencies.
  • Launches offer letters and coordinates new hire onboarding. Provides support in planning and strategizing future workforce needs.
