This position requires a hybrid work schedule: 4 days in the office,1 day work from home. Overview: The Recruitment Coordinator serves as a key point of support for internal and external candidates, as well as for the business lines they partner with. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Core responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. In this position, you play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience and influencing hiring manager satisfaction, as you are often the first point of contact and the initial impression candidates have of our Bank. Success in this role requires building strong, collaborative relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, demonstrating a sense of urgency, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong problem-solving skills.
