The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting a high-volume national recruiting function across multiple markets. This position strengthens the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team through sourcing support, event logistics, reporting, ATS cleanup, and corporate project execution. This individual partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners by producing collateral, managing recruiting resources, cleaning and maintaining our ATS data environment, and providing sourcing assistance for hard-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
