The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of University Human Resources’ Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (TA CoE). This role partners closely with Senior Recruiters and Recruiting Managers to deliver high-quality candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruiting operations support across multiple schools and units at Stanford. The TA Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming hiring process, helping create a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote work. The TA Coordinator is expected to work onsite at least two days per week (typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Onsite days may fluctuate based on business needs. The primary onsite location is Stanford Redwood City Campus (505 Broadway, Redwood City, CA), with occasional travel to the Stanford main campus.
