About The Position

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our growing fashion corporate team. This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines and supporting the full recruitment process for corporate roles across departments such as design, merchandising, production, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing talent within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries and enjoys identifying and engaging great candidates. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to support an efficient hiring process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or candidate sourcing
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Experience recruiting for fashion, retail, or consumer goods companies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks for corporate roles across the organization.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles within fashion, merchandising, design, production, and business operations.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and help screen applicants to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with job postings across recruiting platforms and industry-specific job boards.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure timely communication and a professional experience for all applicants.
  • Support the recruiting team in maintaining strong employer branding within the fashion industry.
  • Assist with offer preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding logistics.
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress to support hiring goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
