The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment operations by managing the coordination aspects of the hiring process. This position ensures seamless candidate experience while supporting Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes across the APAC region. The role encompasses end-to-end coordination activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, documentation preparation, and background screening processes. Additionally, the coordinator contributes to process improvements, maintains recruitment resources, supports reporting and analytics efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across our talent acquisition functions.
