As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II at Dolese, you will serve as the primary point of contact after a candidate signs their offer letter, communicating all required tasks of the pre-employment process and providing guidance until their first day. You will coordinate and manage orientation for all new hires, communicating with all internal parties and new hires to support a seamless transition.
