As reQruitz continues to scale and expand internationally, we are looking for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives at the intersection of recruitment delivery, client advisory and sales. This is a hybrid role, combining full end-to-end recruitment delivery with sales and client development responsibilities. You will sit at the core of our delivery function, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and leading end-to-end recruitment processes for high-impact roles across industries and geographies. Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, you will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while consistently representing reQruitz’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, headhunting or executive search, full end-to-end recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ideally experience in sales, business development or a commercially driven recruitment role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish, Swedish and English.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and hiring managers in a consultative manner.
  • Experience recruiting for international markets is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • A proactive, quality-driven, and detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership of results.
  • Openness to occasional travel in line with client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level, specialist and executive roles.
  • In addition to recruitment, the role involves full-cycle sales and business development efforts.
  • Partnering closely with clients to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics and business goals.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Identifying and attracting candidates with rare and hard-to-find skill sets across international markets.
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, based on your experience possibly including psychometric evaluations as well.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with candidates and maintaining an active talent pipeline.
  • Advising clients on market insights, talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal consultants to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
  • Managing recruitment activity and candidate progress within our CRM and recruitment tools.
  • Driving new client acquisition through proactive outreach, relationship building and client meetings.
