The On Boarding Specialist I completes all activity related to the new hire process after an offer is accepted to Day One to include ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed; new hires are cleared to attend new hire orientation; inputs all new hire information into Workday and ensures each new hire is on the orientation list. This position provides a weekly report on the number of candidates cleared and pending by the department. The Onboarding Consultant I/Recruiter Assistant reports to the Onboarding Team Lead and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in the talent acquisition division of the human resources department. The position communicates with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters daily on the onboarding process to ensure the very best candidate experience. This position is an entry level human resources position with an existing career ladder for advancement. Candidates are required to be on site on Mondays as early as 7 am.
