About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition Change & Deployment Lead supports the successful adoption of talent acquisition programs, processes, and technology initiatives through change management activities, communication and training. This role is responsible for creating learning resources, supporting stakeholder readiness, and helping drive adoption across the organization of TA processes and initiatives. Reporting to the TA Enablement Manager, this position partners cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Hiring teams, and centralized TA teams to enable successful deployments and build organizational capability to deliver best in class hiring experiences for hiring managers, recruiters and candidates.Job Responsibilities  Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies for TA programs, processes, and technology initiatives Develop deployment playbooks and maintain stakeholder maps across implementations Lead impact assessments and track operational readiness activities Track adoption metrics and assist in preparing progress reports for leadership   Training & Resources Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources for TA programs and processes Update and maintain TA resources on Aramark.net, SharePoint, and New Hire Onboarding platforms Support design and delivery of training programs; track completion and gather feedback   Communications Build and maintain the TA communications calendar and ensure quality and timely delivery of all communications, inclusive of leadership review and readiness Manage key Talent Acquisition communication channels, such as the TA Town Hall and Bi-weekly Newsletter, through content development and coordination and deployment   Project Support Support project plans for key TA initiatives; track timelines and follow up on deliverables Other duties as assigned   At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Requirements

  • Internship or coursework in organizational development, change management, instructional design, or learning & development
  • Experience creating training materials, job aids, or e-learning content
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Exposure to project coordination or project management concepts
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environment
  • Interest in pursuing change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or learning certifications (e.g., ATD)
  • Communication – Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Learning Orientation – Passion for developing others and building organizational capability
  • Organization – Effectively manages tasks, deadlines, and documentation
  • Collaboration – Works well with others and builds positive working relationships
