The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead and execute all efforts to support front line hiring needs. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and matching qualified applicants for various positions in the Chicago market and across the US. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for assessing the technical and interpersonal skills of applicants to ensure they possess the skills necessary to be successful. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates to fill regularly scheduled new hire classes using creative marketing, social media messaging techniques, leveraging referrals, and partnering with local organizations. Employees may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned. The expected pay rate is $85,000 - $95,000/annually.
