About The Position

MalaceHR is looking for an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Troy, MI. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early- career professionals who want to start a career in recruiting and human resources. In this role, you will learn how to connect great candidates with exciting job opportunities, build professional relationships, and gain hands- on experience with the hiring process. You will work closely with an experienced recruiting team to source candidates, support hiring managers, and help build strong talent pipelines across the region.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Interest in recruiting, human resources, sales, or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and online recruiting tools
Ability to learn new systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems ( ATS)
Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not

Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates for open positions
Post job openings and review resumes to help build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and recruiting platforms
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System ( ATS)
Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support recruiting events such as job fairs, open houses, and community hiring events
Build relationships with local community organizations, schools, and workforce programs
Promote the MalaceHR brand to attract candidates in the marketplace
Provide general administrative and recruiting support to the talent acquisition team
