About The Position

At Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), we help individuals with disabilities achieve quality employment and independence. As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting this mission by helping us recruit and hire the right people to serve Ohioans across the state. In this role, you'll manage the full hiring process; from reviewing position requisitions and creating job postings to screening applications and coordinating interviews. You'll work closely with internal customers to make sure job postings are accurate, accessible, and aligned with agency needs. You'll also guide applicants through each step of the process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for everyone involved. Your day-to-day work will include reviewing resumes, participating in interviews, and pre-hire processes. You'll also help process personnel actions, update job data, and run reports to support data-driven decisions. To succeed in this position, you should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle sensitive information with professionalism. A basic understanding of employment laws, agency policies, and human resources practices is helpful, and you'll continue to build on this knowledge as part of your work.
