About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Advisor partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This role supports both high-volume hiring and standard professional and technical requisitions. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, leverage creative sourcing strategies, and provide real-time market insight to help the business hire effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and or agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit effectively in a fast-paced, multi-requisition environment
  • Proven experience proactively sourcing candidates using social platforms and a variety of sourcing techniques
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR stakeholders at all levels
  • Working knowledge of employment and labor regulations as they apply to recruiting and selection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
  • Experience working with an Oracle-based Applicant Tracking System preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to intake and define hiring needs, align on role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role and business group
  • Manage a mix of high-volume and standard requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality and experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and able to adapt quickly as priorities shift
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates, including direct sourcing and social networking for full time and seasonal workers
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by clearly articulating the company’s mission, values, and employee value proposition to candidates
  • Comfortable owning and hosting recruiting events to drive candidate engagement and hiring outcomes
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer, partnering with HR Shared Services on interview coordination, pre-employment steps, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate activity within the Oracle Applicant Tracking System
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insight on labor market trends, candidate availability, hiring considerations, and offer discussions
  • Balance multiple priorities and requisitions while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
  • Stay current on recruiting best practices, sourcing tools, and market trends, and share insights with the broader HR team
  • Collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared hiring goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
