About The Position

The Administrative Assistant II for Talent Acquisition will support recruiting and onboarding activities. Responsibilities will include scheduling calls and interviews, aintaining candidate/employee database and handling new hire and employee paperwork. Ultimately, they will help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running smoothly from candidate to hire. Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information. Support all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Talent team’s functions, operations, and processes including but not limited to recruiting, new employee orientation and onboarding functions. Maintain and update employee records and related information. Contact and schedule multiple candidate interviews and manage all related logistics. Assist with all new hire implementations including I-9 Verifications, background checks and finalizing new employee on-boarding, follow-up activities and required actions and first day of employment items. Ensure proper administrative procedures, standards and guidelines are always maintained. Create and maintain accurate records in personnel databases. Create/maintain multiple extensive spreadsheets, stay current and detailed with input information. Scan and input records, researching any found discrepancies. Coordinate and assist multiple departments with administration, organizing training sessions, and ensuring applicant/new-hire documentation is retained and filed appropriately. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related degrees preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, new employee onboarding and/or training is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including G-Suite, Google documents, Excel working knowledge is required.
  • ATS and HRM experience
