About The Position

As a Tailor-Made Consultant, you will maximize sales of Tailor-Made and FIT products and provide exemplary customer service via phone, email, and live chat. The Tailor-Made team works with our DMCs to create amazing itineraries focused on Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel. You will collaborate with travelers and travel agents across North America to create and sell unforgettable adventures. A high-performing individual in this role consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, maintains high customer satisfaction scores, and contributes actionable insights that support ongoing business improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based out of our Toronto office on a hybrid basis.The salary for this position is $54,814 CAD, plus additional sales commissions, along with a great benefits package and many awesome perks.
Requirements
- Travel industry course and/or experience within the travel industry
- Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations
- Experience in a sales position
- Experience building Tailor-Made or FIT trips
- Experience providing customer service via telephone, email, and live chat
- Experience working with travel booking systems
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent phone, email and live chat technique
- Strong selling skills to qualify the enquiry and close the sale
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
