About The Position

Responsive recruiter The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) part-time Taekwondo Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. The coach is responsible for the successful delivery of Group Classes to adult members (14+ yrs old). Evening and/or weekend schedules available. This is a part-time position, 2-3 hrs per week, plus personal training opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Execution on Key Metrics - Conduct Private & Small Group Training with members. Assist members and encourage group involvement in private training. Member Experience Conduct safe and effective private training sessions Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities: Minimum of 1 year Taekwondo coaching experience Multi-year experience instructing and working with multi-level students. Ability to guide and educate members on all related programs and expectations. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Requirements
