Job Types: Part Time (approx. 20 hours per week - Monday through Thursday) Pay: $16.00/hour What You Will Do: Job Coaches work in the community or clients' places of employment to provide support and to obtain and maintain community employment. Requirements

Associates degree in Business, Human Services or related field, or a combination of education and experience equivalency preferred
Experience with people with disabilities and/or mental health is preferable
Valid Call C Driver’s License
Proof of Automobile Insurance
Valid telephone number
Valid address
Internet, Email access, smartphone access
Microsoft Teams access (Teams will need to be downloaded onto your phone or computer)
High level of both written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass both motor vehicle and criminal background checks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
Ability to tolerate emotions, such as frustration
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of systematic instruction in coaching people with disabilities in the workplace
Possess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines, that are in accordance with the Iowa Department of Transportation motor vehicle safety standards and Candeo’s Motor Vehicle Guideline
