GEM Supply Company is building its Diamond Squadron—a sales team designed to create future leaders, not career seat-warmers.

You’ll work directly with John Pezey, a 17-year sales veteran who’s forgotten more about selling than most people will ever learn. You’ll also be supported by a Chief of Staff, an Outbound Marketing Specialist who is a dedicated appointment setter whose only job is to get you real conversations—not busywork.

This role is built for someone who wants to go from zero to 100, then eventually lead their own squadron.
