About The Position

The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team provides technical support to the company’s end users over the phone, in person, or remotely via remote access software. Responsibilities for Outfitter Experience include creation of incident tickets, providing front line technical support and other daily tasks and project tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: Diploma/GED
2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Intermediate knowledge of computing systems including, but not limited to: Microsoft and Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, as well as ability to learn new systems as they are implemented into the enterprise.
Ability to provide world-class customer service to end-users via an omni-channel communication approach.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a precise, simplified manner.
Flexibility and a passion to grow and learn.
Ability to balance role expectations with other initiatives and projects.

Nice To Haves

Preferred Degree: BS Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
Certificate(s) or License(s): CompTIA and ITIL certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides front line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Provides password support using tools, such as, Microsoft Active Directory.
Works within remote management tools to find information and deploy resolution to endpoints.
Maintains ticket creation and management.
Stages automated messages and communications to end users.
Creates knowledge base articles based on day-to-day ticket resolution.
