Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• no arrests in the past year except minor traffic violations.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in. California and Arizona.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security, surveillance or customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card is a plus.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
• Tribal preference given to qualified enrolled tribal members.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of the Table Games Director, monitors Table Games operations on an assigned shift.
• Responsible for maintaining integrity of the gaming operation and ensuring all gaming procedures are adhered to.
• Supervises all staff to include, Assistant Managers, Floor person, and Dealers.
