About The Position

We are looking for a Table Games Shift Manager to join our team. This person will report to the Table Games Director

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of table games supervisory experience required. In-depth knowledge of all major table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid PA Drivers License
• Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising dealers, dual-rate supervisors, supervisors and assistant shift managers.
• Provides coaching, counseling, and development for table games staff.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.
• Ensures department goals are achieved and aligned with property performance metrics.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides regular feedback.
• Ensures compliance with all training requirements and programs.
• Supports recognition and engagement initiatives for team members.
• In-depth knowledge of all major table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
