About The Position

Deal a variety of table games efficiently, accurately and professionally according to internal policies and gaming regulations Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for multiple games, including poker, blackjack, roulette and craps Maintain compliance with Title 31/AML reporting requirements and follow all applicable tribal and state gaming regulations Accept feedback and corrections from supervisors with a constructive attitude, using each opportunity as a chance to improve

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Support license
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass an audition demonstrating blackjack dealing skills (experience with other table games is a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable handling money and performing basic math functions
