About The Position

Responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to the Cahuilla Casinos policies and procedures and in compliance with Gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Table Games Dealer experience preferred.
• Must have thorough knowledge of all table games, rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Table Games Dealer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt, Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Holdem, and Three Card Poker.
• Conducts the games in accordance with the Cahuilla Casinos policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities.
• Advises Table Games Supervisor or Table Games Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
• Informs Table Games Supervisor or other personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
• Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the customer with a pleasant gaming experience, and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any customer needs i.e., cocktails, Host Service, etc.
• Promotes departmental and property wide promotions.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations as well as the Cahuilla Casinos internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
