About The Position

HSS4111 X: Help with examinations and written assignments. Proctoring of exams. Teaching assistant may be required to hold online office hours to assist professor with addressing student inquiries and concerns outside of class times. All proctoring exam hours are included in this TA assignment. Schedule: INTERNET COURSE Mo 14:30 - 17:20 We 14:30 - 17:20

Requirements

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD in Health Sciences or equivalent
• Very good English writing skills to accurately mark essays and long answers on exams.
• Please note the course will be online and you will be required to have access to a computer, Internet, mircrophone and webcam.
• All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University. The list of training requirements may be modified by provincial law.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Population health and/or theoretical models an asset.
• Experience with online learning programs and software (as a teaching assistant)
• Experience with web software (uploading content, programming content)
