The T700/CT7 International Contract Performance Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In the role of Contract Performance Manager, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, lead contract renewal and business development opportunities, lead digital fleet management product service strategy, and contribute to the overall business strategy. The T700/CT7 long term service contracts are among the most impactful service contracts in Defense and Systems and are critical to international military customer readiness goals. The Contract Performance Manager is the primary point of contact with assigned customers and owns the customer’s experience regarding all contract interactions. Key accounts may include TrueChoice Defense agreements in the Europe, Americas, MENAT, and APAC as well as global T700/CT7 MROs. The T700/CT7 International Contract Performance Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and is accountable for overall contract performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead all aspects of long-term service contract execution, including business development and renewals, digital fleet management product service strategy, and total program leadership across internal GE functions. You will manage complex issues, influence strategy within your area of responsibility, and contribute directly to GE Aerospace’s global Defense & Systems objectives and customer readiness goals.
