The T‑Line & Substation Project Management Intern is a developmental, learning‑focused role designed to provide hands‑on exposure to electric transmission and substation project execution. The intern will work alongside experienced Project Managers and Project Controls professionals to observe, learn, and support day‑to‑day project management activities. This role emphasizes learning by doing, with structured opportunities to gain familiarity with project lifecycle processes, field execution, cost and schedule tracking, and internal PG&E systems and reporting tools. The intern will not be accountable for independent project decisions, but will support the team through analytical, administrative, and coordination tasks while developing foundational project management skills. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The hourly rate for a bachelor’s degree ranges from $20.88 to $36.42.
