Following all safety rules and procedures; Reading factory work orders and corrugator schedules to learn customer specifications; Verifying (measuring) sheets to ensure that sheet sizes and score locations conform to customer specifications; Doing soak tests and checking other board quality characteristics such as warp, score strength, caliper, bond, line-up, and color; Identifying sheets with chalk-written order numbers and/or load tags; Moving sheets off the stacker conveyors on to the transfer cart and onto the converting or sheet conveyors; Banding units of sheets; Removing, asiding, and identifying nonconforming materials (warp, loose, out-of-line, etc.); Making batches of starch and verifying starch quality; Maintaining clean and organized work areas; Completing accurate records; and Performing other duties assigned by supervision.
