Squad member is to energize the crowd of fans. This can include cheers, execute on-field performances, and enhance the overall fan experience and create a lively atmosphere within Target Field.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Willing to devote the necessary time to the Twins T.C. Squad program, including attendance at a set minimum number of games
Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, high-energy personality
Able to handle situations with a quick and professional response
Reliable, punctual, and courteous
Should have good listening skills and the ability to work with brief instructions as part of a team
Stamina and fitness level to perform athletic activities in conditions of summer heat
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds
Must be able to work in a standing position for the majority of shift
Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
Must be able to walk steps to visit fans during games
Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility
